Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year customer service or military service or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preference for 1 year in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, referrals, and outreach.
• Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
