You will follow established procedures, document interactions in the CRM, escalate complex issues, and contribute to service improvements within a fully distributed team. The role emphasizes reliability, communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in an inbound call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills with empathy and patience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.
• Ability to document CRM interactions accurately and completely.

• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Record interactions in the CRM and contribute to knowledge sharing for improvements.
