As a member of the Customer Operations team, you will take care of our customers, anticipate needs, and navigate a large set of insurance products to match customers with the best options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers.
• Anticipate needs beyond the questions asked and identify gaps or discounts.
• Handle inbound calls to update policies or details as needed.
• Master the product across a large panel of insurance providers, ensuring the right fit for each customer.
• Resolve inquiries through effective problem-solving.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, and policy documents.
• Offer feedback and contribute to quick improvements to the product.
