You will manage 60–80 calls daily, support multilingual services, and contribute to removing barriers to care while upholding NCQA standards. 1 year call center experience and basic typing skills are required; strong internet and a quiet home workspace are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• Reliable high-speed home internet (min 3 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download).

Responsibilities
