Qualifications

• Mississippi residency required.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Manage 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Be the frontline representative and image of MTM Health.
