Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience.
• Approximately 6 months of customer service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• High-speed Internet with at least 3 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Provide courteous, informative support to MTM Health customers.
• Assist customers with account information and issue resolution.
