MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our remote Minnesota team. You will be the frontline ambassador, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

You must reside in Minnesota and bring call center and customer service experience. A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet are required to perform effectively in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• High speed internet with minimum 3 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download.
• Quiet home workspace free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Manage 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
