MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline advocate for Members, Clients and Facilities in a remote Texas-based role. You will handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, using your strong communication skills and computer knowledge.

The position involves managing a high-volume call load, typically 60-80 calls per day with peaks on Mondays, while upholding MTM Health’s standards for customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with good navigational skills.
• High speed Internet access (3 Mbps up, 30 Mbps down).
• Use of wireless/WiFi air cards prohibited.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Average 60-80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
