Requirements include: residency in New Mexico, 1 year of call center experience and 6 months of customer service experience, with solid typing and computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline representative and image of MTM Health.
• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Manage call volume with emphasis on Mondays and maintain quality service.
