Ideal candidates reside in New Mexico with call center and customer service experience, strong typing skills, and reliable high-speed internet.

Qualifications

• Must reside in New Mexico.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer skills.
• High speed Internet with minimum speeds specified.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Average 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Serve as frontline representative and image of MTM Health.
