Jerry.ai is a fully remote, high-energy company in the insurance space. As part of Customer Operations, you’ll help customers with changes, renewals, and coverage questions, while learning a fast-evolving product and a broad set of insurer partners.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and identifying issues customers didn’t know to ask about.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Getting deep on the product and navigating our app with a large panel of insurers.
• Problem solving to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests—vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Providing feedback to improve the product and shipping valuable suggestions.
