Job summary

JR Cigar is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume inbound calls, assist customers with orders, product information, and account status, while delivering accurate data entry and responsive support.

You will participate in weekly training, respond to emails and live chat, and work with Salesforce/AS400 systems to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge: General company policies and procedures.
• Experience: At least 1 year in customer service/call center.
• Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, data entry, customer service.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and AS400 systems.

Responsibilities

• Places orders for customers and ensures best shopping experience.
• Communicates new website features and programs to customers.
• Upsell products and services (Bonus Buys, subscriptions, etc.).
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing coaching.
• Provide best-in-class customer service.
• Handle emails and tickets via Salesforce as assigned.
• Provide online chat support as needed.
• Flag fraud and escalate to leads/supervisors.
• Handle escalated calls when necessary.
• Notify team leads of system issues from customers.
