Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or ticketing software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
• Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
