Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Customer Engagement Representative to handle a steady flow of inbound inquiries via phone and email. You will manage an assigned portfolio of clients, resolve issues, and document interactions to ensure accurate records.

This fully remote role runs from 11 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, with a focus on delivering excellent customer support and maintaining high data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from clients via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Educate customers on tools, services, and offerings.
• Identify needs and trends from daily interactions.
• Support growth and retention with information on additional offerings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and IT for service delivery.
• Provide data for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Assist supervisor with related duties and team goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
