Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Service Operations Representative II to handle high-volume calls for medical supplies, process orders, and resolve issues with accuracy and empathy.

You will train Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST, then participate in a shift bid; occasional Saturday hours; strong communication, insurance/billing knowledge, and ability to navigate multiple systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years' experience in high volume call center
• Remote/work from home experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and order placement systems preferred
• Healthcare customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to place orders for medical supplies
• Resolve order issues and communicate delays and resolutions
• Navigate systems to update order status and provide first-time resolution
• Explain insurance terminology and product options to customers
• Maintain professional attitude with customers and coworkers
