Jerry.ai is hiring for a Customer Operations role focused on delivering exceptional service for car and home insurance. The job involves inbound calls, understanding customer needs, and guiding policy changes and service requests with care.

Formación

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

Responsabilidades

• Taking great care of our customers. They catch gaps and discounts and renewals.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Getting deep on the product and navigating it with confidence.
• Problem solving to resolve inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests—vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Making the product better by sharing feedback for shipping improvements.
