Jerry.ai is hiring for a Customer Operations role. This fully remote position supports policyholders, helping customers manage car and home insurance with warmth and speed.

As a member of Customer Operations, you will take inbound calls, navigate our app across multiple carriers, and suggest improvements. We offer equity stock options, health benefits, and flexible scheduling, with a starting hourly wage of $19.00–$21.00.

Competenze

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic.

• Strong communication skills.
