Job summary

MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline for Members, Clients and Facilities, handling inbound calls with a focus on compassionate service. This remote Rhode Island role requires RI residency, 1 year of call center experience, and strong typing and internet access.

You will join a supportive team committed to removing barriers to care and improving lives, with opportunities for growth and development within MTM Health.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Rhode Island.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months of Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
• High speed Internet access (min 3 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download).
• Use of wireless WiFi air cards is prohibited.

Position Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Remote Rhode Island

Hourly Rate: $17.50

What Will Your Job Look Like?

The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative’s skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays.

All you need for the Customer Care Representative role is:

• Must currently reside in Rhode Island
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps).
• Use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is prohibited
• A quiet space within the home free of distractions including caretaking of any kind
