Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring for a fully remote Customer Operations role. You will take care of customers, answer inbound calls, and deeply learn our product to match customers with the right insurance options. You will resolve issues, process service requests, and contribute feedback to improve the product.

We offer an hourly wage of $19.00–$21.00 plus stock options. Full-time salaried eligibility is restricted by location; remote nationwide applicants are welcome where permitted.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and identifying needs customers didn't know to ask about.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Getting deep on the product and knowing which insurance fits each customer.
• Problem solving to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Making the product better by sharing feedback that ships.
