MCI is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our Missouri-based team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and strive to deliver a positive customer experience in a high-energy environment.

You will use company systems to manage accounts, identify sales opportunities, and explain products and processes. We value reliability, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
• Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgrade.
• Explain and position theproducts and processes with customers.
• Escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team.
