You will handle inbound inquiries, answer product questions, process orders, returns, exchanges and warranty claims, and provide product information to assist fan purchases. A customer‑centric, empathetic, and team‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or internet call center preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
