Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join our remote team. This full-time, work-from-home role emphasizes empathetic service, active listening, and problem solving to support our members.

You will work Monday–Friday with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, complete a 7-week training, and receive competitive pay plus bonus opportunities. A high school diploma is required, and prior insurance or healthcare experience is a plus.

• Experience delivering customer service in remote/insurance/healthcare contexts is a plus.
