Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join our mission-driven team. This remote, full-time role offers an 8-hour shift window between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, with a comprehensive 7-week orientation and ongoing support.

You’ll help improve lives through exceptional service from home. Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 1+ year in insurance/remote roles, and strong MS Office skills, problem-solving, and empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year in insurance operations or remote related role.
• Proficiency with web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Provide remote customer care and support for insurance-related inquiries.
