Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate Customer Care Advisors to join our remote Customer Service Division. This full-time, remote position offers 100% work-from-home with schedules Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, plus a comprehensive 7-week orientation and ongoing support.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), at least 1 year in insurance operations or remote roles, strong listening and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or remote medical/technical related role or related field.
