Qualifications

• Experience leading manager development programs at a global company.
• Proven ability to scale high-touch programs into digital formats.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder advisory skills.
• Experience working with external coaching partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and launch of a scalable Manager Development Program.
• Digitize and modernize existing development programs into self-service formats.
• Review and recommend changes to the current development and culture portfolio.
• Manage the Senior Leadership Program and participant experience.
• Translate the culture manifesto into practical tools and experiences.
• Facilitate culture and development programs for diverse audiences.
• Design digital-first development products and support resources.
