Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director, Digital Innovation Partnerships, remote in the US, to shape the innovation agenda and drive high-impact programs. You will partner with senior executives, translate market insights into initiatives, and manage external partnerships to meet business goals.

You will lead a senior team, prioritize opportunities, and foster co-creation with stakeholders across the organization, advancing transformational initiatives aligned with strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (MBA or equivalent).
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience driving transformational change and leading strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in opportunity assessment and influencing senior executives.
• Experience managing external partnership ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and translating them into business opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
