Job summary

The Ladders seeks a Senior Learning & Development Consultant 2 to strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness across the business. You will diagnose talent needs, translate data into practical development strategies, and design solutions that elevate leadership performance.

The role partners with HR and business leadership to drive alignment, implementation, and measurable outcomes. Remote in the US; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in leadership development or related fields.
• Experience diagnosing organizational needs and creating effective solutions.
• Experience using data to inform talent decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Advanced facilitation and coaching skills, preferably with certifications.

Responsibilities
