Qualifications

• Significant experience in leadership development within a complex global organization.
• Proven success in designing and implementing leadership programs for various leader types.

• Experience using data and feedback to measure and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
