Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Partner Advocate to source, recruit, onboard, and activate restaurant partners across the United States. The role emphasizes iconic and independent concepts, food trucks, caterers, and ghost kitchens to align with client experiences.

The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven with strong business development, hospitality, and operational skills, maintaining a pipeline for new market launches and partner growth, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7+ years in hospitality, restaurant ops, foodservice biz development, vendor management, recruiting, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research to identify local dining concepts and emerging brands.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, operators, chefs, and decision-makers.
• Present Foodworks value proposition and partnership opportunities to prospects.
• Support initiatives to expand the partner network and recruitment efforts.
• Manage onboarding from initial commitment through activation.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner setup.
• Track onboarding progress and resolve issues delaying activation.
• Ensure partners meet Foodworks standards and program requirements.
• Support training and onboarding calls as needed.
• Travel to key markets to support openings and activations when required.
