FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Remote Partner Advocate to recruit, onboard, and activate culinary partners across the United States. The role focuses on identifying iconic and independent restaurants, food trucks, caterers, bakeries, ghost kitchens, and emerging concepts in alignment with client experiences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–7+ years of experience in hospitality or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Strategically recruit, onboard, and activate restaurant partners nationwide.
• Identify, source, and recruit diverse partners including restaurants, food trucks, and caterers.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospective partners to support growth.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market launches and activations.
• Maintain ongoing partner engagement and issue resolution.
