Thrivas is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for a full-time call center role in the United States. You will answer incoming calls, greet clients, and determine if accounts exist or need to be created, enabling efficient appointment scheduling for carpet and upholstery cleaning teams.

You will perform data entry, notate services, collect payment information, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
