Job summary

Thrivas is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative for a financial services client. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., handling inbound calls and assisting existing clients with account questions.

You will note accounts, work with in-house departments to resolve issues, review contracts, and guide clients to suitable services. Basic Excel skills and a typing speed of 30 wpm are required; prior CSR or admin experience is a plus.
