Job summary

Thrivas is hiring several remote Customer Service Representatives for a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position is based in the United States with a focus on professional phone support and clear communication.

You will handle inbound calls, submit orders, perform data entry on accounts, troubleshoot shipping or billing issues, and support the outside sales team. Full benefits are offered after a short probationary period, with regular opportunities for pay

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and sales representatives.
• Submit order requests and perform data entry for new and existing accounts.
• Troubleshoot shipping, billing, and account issues and resolve with the sales team.
• Provide clerical support and help maintain accurate records.
