Job summary

Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage high-volume calls, texts, and emails. You will assess customer needs, build relationships, and provide accurate information using the right tools.

You will schedule technicians, assign jobs by priority, and handle complaints to ensure resolution and satisfaction. You’ll engage walk-in customers at the rug-check counter, maintain records, and follow procedures to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Must have a magnetic phone presence and a customer-service superpower.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with grace and efficiency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common CRM systems.
• Experience with QuickBooks or ServiceTitan is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage incoming calls, texts, and emails.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships through open communication.
• Provide accurate information using the right tools and methods.
• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
