Qualifications

• Experience in a call center environment and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Strong customer service orientation with a can-do attitude.
• Able to navigate computer systems and learn processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive a high number of scheduling calls.
• Verify purchased items with customers to ensure correct product delivery.
• Answer calls from Installation team about ETA and arrival times.
• Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction.
