Eltropy is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers on the East Coast, with remote work options. You will ensure customers derive maximum value from our platform, while driving retention, renewal, and growth across fintech clients.

You will conduct regular business reviews, develop tailored success plans, and collaborate with Sales to close expansions, while tracking health metrics and enabling product adoption through coaching and resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to analyze usage data to mitigate churn risk
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers.
