Eltropy is seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Manager in the East Coast to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size financial institution customers and ensure they derive maximum value from our AI communications platform.

You will drive retention, growth, and satisfaction by building strong relationships, conducting regular reviews, guiding onboarding, and coordinating with Sales, Product, and Support in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or FinTech.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze usage and drive retention.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers and serve as primary contact.
• Develop tailored success plans and conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close them.
• Lead onboarding and drive product adoption with training and resources.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product and service improvements.
• Track health metrics and maintain CRM records.
