Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner to help clients transform cruise ideas into confirmed vacations. You will match travelers with the right ship, itinerary, cabin, and onboard experience through a consultative sales approach.

You will connect with clients via email, chat, and phone, explain options clearly, and manage bookings from quote to embarkation with a client-first mindset. Flexible, self-motivated, and passionate about travel are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Interest in cruises and ocean travel.
• Sales, hospitality or booking experience preferred; zero experience welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and tech-savvy with CRM systems.
• Genuine passion for travel and helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins, dining packages, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed cruise vacations via email, chat, and phone.
• Explain cruise options clearly, including cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, special requests, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
• Resolve concerns quickly and confidently, supporting clients from quote to embarkation and return home.
• Share cruise insights—family sailings, romantic itineraries, hidden ports, promotions.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat sailings and referrals.
