Qualifications

• Strong client-facing communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to guide clients toward decisions with a consultative approach.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' destinations, travel style, budget, dates, and group size.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins, dining packages, and add-ons.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sailings via email, chat, and phone with high energy and accuracy.
• Explain cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and port requirements.
• Handle bookings, special requests, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with care.
• Resolve concerns quickly, supporting clients from initial quote to embarkation and return.
