Job summary

Elite Escapes seeks a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to help clients turn travel dreams into confirmed sailings. You will match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences using destination knowledge and a consultative sales approach.

In this role, you will communicate via email, chat, and phone to turn inquiries into bookings, explain options, manage quotes and deposits, and build long-term relationships for repeat sailings and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Comfort with remote work and managing multiple quotes and client details.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed vacations via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain options clearly, including cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat sailings, referrals, reviews, and loyalty.
