Elite Escapes seeks a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn client cruise dreams into confirmed sailings. You will match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences through consultative sales and exceptional service.

You'll connect with clients via email, chat, and phone, building strong relationships for repeat bookings and referrals while providing clear explanations of options and payment plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups.
• Comfort with technology, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' preferred destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions, and add-ons based on needs.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed cruise vacations via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain cruise options clearly, including cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, onboard packages, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, special requests, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat sailings, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
