Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to help clients turn travel dreams into confirmed sailings. You will combine destination knowledge, service excellence, and consultative sales to match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences.

You will connect with clients to gather preferences, recommend ideal cruise options, and convert inquiries into bookings via email, chat, and phone, while maintaining a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple quotes and reservations.
• Customer service and sales experience are preferred but not required.
• Comfort with technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed vacations through email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain cruise options clearly, including cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, special requests, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat sailings, referrals, reviews, and loyalty.
