This fully remote role emphasizes client needs, clear option explanations, and post-booking relationship building to encourage repeat sailings and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-first approach.
• Familiarity with CRM and online booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins, and add-ons.
• Convert inquiries into bookings via email, chat, and phone.
• Explain options: cabins, deposits, payment plans, protection, port requirements.
• Handle bookings, special requests, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions.
• Provide post-booking support to build loyalty and repeat sailings.
• Share insights on family, romantic itineraries, and promotions.
