You will combine destination knowledge, service, and consultative sales to match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences from romantic getaways to group sailings.

Responsibilities include understanding client preferences, recommending options, converting inquiries to bookings, and guiding customers through deposits, plans, and port requirements

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, staterooms, dining packages, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings via email, chat, and phone with energy and client-first focus.
• Explain cruise options clearly, including cabins, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
