Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to help clients turn travel ideas into confirmed sailings. You will match travelers with ships, itineraries, and onboard experiences using your destination knowledge and consultative sales approach.

You will communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone, guiding decisions, managing quotes, and handling bookings with accuracy and care. This role emphasizes relationship-building for repeat sailings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing quotes, reservations, follow-ups, and client details.
• Interest in cruises or travel; passion for helping clients explore the world by sea.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and cruise must-haves; tailor options accordingly.
• Recommend cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed vacations via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, onboard packages, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
• Resolve concerns quickly, supporting clients from quote through embarkation and return home.
• Share insights on family sailings, romance itineraries, hidden ports, seasonal opportunities, and promotions.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat sailings, referrals, and loyalty.
