Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to help clients turn cruise dreams into confirmed sailings. You'll blend destination knowledge, service, and consultative selling to match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences for any occasion—romantic getaways, family vacations, celebrations, or bucket-list voyages.

Qualifications

• Interest in cruises or ocean travel.
• Sales, hospitality or customer-service experience preferred, but zero experience welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple quotes and client details.
• Comfort with technology, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand preferred destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed vacations via email, chat, and phone with energy, accuracy, and client-first approach.
• Explain cruise options clearly: cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, onboard packages, port requirements.
• Handle booking details, special requests, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
• Resolve concerns quickly and confidently from quote to embarkation and return home.
• Share cruise insights—family trips, romantic itineraries, seasonal promotions.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat sailings and referrals.
