Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn clients' travel dreams into booked voyages. You will combine destination knowledge, personalized service, and a consultative sales approach to match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences.

As part of a remote team, you will connect with clients via email, chat, and phone, advise on options, handle quotes and bookings, and build lasting relationships that drive repeat sailings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, reservations and client details.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
• Comfort with technology and CRM/booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' destinations, travel style, budget, dates and group size.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed vacations via email, chat and phone.
• Explain options, deposits, payments and shore excursions clearly.
• Handle bookings, requests, changes, payments and pre-cruise questions.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat sailings and referrals.
