• Turn inquiries into confirmed vacations via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.

• Handle booking details, changes, payments, and special requests with care.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat sailings and referrals.
• Share insights on family-friendly itineraries, romantic getaways, and limited-time promotions.
