Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to help clients turn cruise dreams into bookings. You’ll match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences using your destination knowledge and a consultative sales approach.

You’ll work via email, chat, and phone to gather preferences, present options, and close bookings with energy and care. This fully remote role offers onboarding and opportunities to specialize in luxury, family, or group cruises.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Zero experience is welcome.
• Interest in travel and cruises.
• Ability to build rapport and guide clients toward a decision.

Responsibilities

• Understand client preferences and budgets for cruises.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and add-ons.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed vacations via email, chat, and phone.
• Explain options including cabins, deposits, payments, and travel protection.
• Handle bookings, changes, and pre-cruise questions with care.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat sailings.
