Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to help clients turn travel dreams into confirmed vacations. You will blend destination knowledge, exceptional service, and a consultative sales approach to match travelers with the right ship, itinerary, cabin, and onboard experience.

You’ll connect with clients to understand destinations, budgets, dates, and group sizes; recommend lines and itineraries; convert inquiries into bookings via email, chat, and phone; and manage

Qualifications

• Interest in cruises, ocean travel, or travel planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to learn CRM systems and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' destinations, travel style, budget, dates, and group size.
• Recommend cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, and add-ons based on client needs.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed cruise vacations via email, chat, and phone.
• Explain cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and onboard packages.
• Handle booking details, special requests, changes, payments, and upgrades with care.
• Resolve concerns quickly and confidently, supporting clients from quote to embarkation.
• Share cruise insights and promotions to inspire bookings and loyalty.
• Build post-booking relationships for referrals and repeat sailings.
